In New Affidavit, Centre Says Scrapping Article 370 Brought Peace In J&K

The Centre has filed a fresh affidavit in the Supreme Court ahead of the Article 370 coming up in the Supreme Court. Through the affidavit, the Union Home Ministry has defended the scrapping of Article 370.
