Canvassing for his party's (AAP) candidate Sushil Rinku for the upcoming Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-election, CM Mann said that this election is not going to make any difference to BJP or Congress, “but the victory of the AAP candidate will certainly boost our spirits which will embolden us to work even harder for the development of Punjab”.
