WEST FARGO — West Fargo has flushed out an innovative approach to ridding the city of its wastewater lagoon systems while giving the Public Works department additional hands to help with winter snow removal and other projects.
Public Works Director Matt Andvik and City Engineer Dustin Scott floated a new idea by city commissioners on how to move forward with decommissioning the city's 600 acres of wastewater lagoons during a brown bag meeting Monday, Jan. 25.
