In appeal in De Lima case, prosecutors say court should give weight to original testimony

Prosecutors have filed an appeal on the Muntinlupa court’s dismissal of the second drug case against former Sen. Leila de Lima, as they asserted that the retraction of star witness Rafael Ragos was not enough to destroy his original testimony against her.
