In a wave of generosity, groups step up to help locals impacted by flooding

The Palo Alto Community Fund and El Comité de Vecinos del Lado Oeste are collecting donations to help East Palo Altans affected by recent flooding. Also, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation has launched a disaster relief fund.
