In a big win for Aspen, Meat & Cheese will carry on under new ownership

When news broke out in May of Meat & Cheese and Farm Shop’s owner Wendy Mitchell’s intent to close shop and retire at the end of the summer, a collective panic broke out amongst both locals and visitors who regularly flock to the eatery.
