Imprisonment can't exceed 25 years as per extradition treaty: Plea by Abu Salem; Supreme Court issues notice

The Supreme Court issued notice in a plea by 1993 Bombay blasts convict Abu Salem that his imprisonment cannot extend beyond 25 years as per the India-Portugal extradition treaty.
