Imperative new bill includes community gardens, says Wicklow chair of national group

The Wicklow-based chair of Community Gardens Ireland has said it is “imperative” planning for community gardens is put back into the new Planning and Development Bill 2023 to protect spaces for biodiversity restoration, help reverse climate change and improve the well-being of the local communities that benefit from having these resources.
