Immigration alerted, Elvin Alexi Velasquez Garcia arrested driving stolen truck in Liberty: Report

A man who was arrested in Liberty and accused of driving a truck reported stolen out of New York told police he knew the truck was reported stolen because the owner wanted to collect insurance money, according to a police report.
