imd: Cyclone Tej to intensify into 'severe cyclonic storm' before noon today: IMD

The weather agency said that the cylone will cross over the Yemen-Oman coasts between Al Ghaidah (Yemen) and Salalah (Oman) around the early hours of October 25.
