Illinois Lawmakers pass Bill allowing leftover College Savings funds to be used for retirement

Illinois Treasurer Michael Frerichs has thanked the General Assembly for passing his legislative initiative to allow parents to roll over funds from their Illinois 529 College Savings Accounts into a Roth IRA.
