'Life changing': 10-year-old with health issues who just lost her dog is given a puppy

Ten-year-old Kimberly Alvarez, an Addison girl born with severe scoliosis who just lost her beloved dog, received a surprise Tuesday when a dog adoption agency gave her Havanese-poodle puppy.
