ICJ opens case against Germany over Gaza 'genocide' claim – DW – 04/08/2024

Nicaragua is presenting its case against Germany on the first day of a two-day hearing. The case builds upon an earlier case brought by South Africa that accuses Israel of committing genocide in Gaza.
