Ice removal order would have had 'no impact' at site of worker's death: ministry director

A director with the Ontario Ministry of Labour told an inquest into the workplace death of Olivier Bruneau that an order for ice removal at the site where ice had fallen on another worker would not have done much to prevent the death.
