ICE: Drug dealer arrested after Connecticut 'ignored' detainer and released him

A man arrested in Meriden was a convicted drug dealer who Connecticut officials "ignored" a detainer for and released from custody, according to an announcement Thursday from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
