IAS Vineet Joshi appointed as new Chief Secretary in Manipur

New Delhi, May 7: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Sunday appointed Vineet Joshi, Additional Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education as the new Chief Secretary in Manipur.
