Blizzard has announced the start date of the technical alpha of "Diablo II: Resurrected" on PC, which will run all weekend long starting at Apr. 9.
"Diablo II: Resurrected" was announced at BlizzCon 2021 after months of rumors, leaks, and fan speculation regarding an ambitious remaster of the 2000 game that defined the hack-and-slash RPG.

"Diablo II: Resurrected" combines "Diablo II" with its "Lord of Destruction" expansion into one package. The video game has fully remastered visuals, but it runs over the original video game, which means that it is possible to switch to the old visuals at any time.
