'I just had to finish it for him' – Wicklow filmmaker dedicates award to missing director

An up-and-coming Wicklow filmmaker whose short film was honoured at the recent Boyne Valley International Film Festival has paid an emotional tribute to his director and close friend, who disappeared last year.
