turned 85 recently. Looking at how far you have come and all that you have achieved, what are you most thankful for?
I thank God for good health and for how far I have come. I also thank God for what He has helped me to achieve in different areas.
In addition to the grace of God, what is the secret to your fitness?
I don’t think there is any other secret behind it. It was made possible because God had destined that it would happen this way. I don’t believe that one can depend on oneself. Without God, I cannot achieve anything. I want to give all glory for whatever little achievement I have to God Almighty.
