Phó Bí thư Thường trực Tỉnh ủy Hà Tĩnh Trần Thế Dũng yêu cầu, quá trình diễn tập phải thực hiện nghiêm các quy định phòng dịch; các lực lượng diễn tập phải nắm chắc quan điểm, đường lối chiến lược về quốc phòng - an ninh của Đảng trong tình hình mới, gắn lý luận với tác chiến khu vực phòng thủ.
