LETHBRIDGE, AB. — The Red Deer Rebels finally found their offensive stride Monday night in Lethbridge, but it still wasn’t enough as they dropped an 8-5 decision to the Lethbridge Hurricanes at the Enmax Centre in Lethbridge.
The Rebels lost their ninth game in a row and sit at 2-12-2-0 on the season. Lethbridge improved to 6-6-2-0 on the year.
Zack Stringer opened the scoring for Lethbridge 10:11 into the first period when he found a loose puck in the slot and put it past Rebels goalie Byron Fancy for his fifth goal of the year.
