Huntington Beach councilman seeks to remove LGBTQ flag at city hall

The City Council voted in 2021 to fly the rainbow flag, a symbol of Pride in the LGBTQ community, six weeks each spring. Newly-elected Councilman Pat Burns seeks to change that.
