Huntington Beach City Council cuts Human Relations Committee, others after decades of service

Formed in 1997, the committee was one of 11 citizen-led groups dissolved, reformed or consolidated Tuesday at the recommendation of a City Council ad hoc committee made up of most of the conservative council members who approved the move.
