The sole survivor was a nine-year-old boy, who was injured and remains in hospital.Trudeau said the attack was an “act of evil.”Police said the attack was an “intentional act” and that the victims were targeted because of their Islamic faith. They said there was evidence that this was a “planned, premeditated act, motivated by hate.”Nathaniel Veltman, 20, has been charged with four counts of first degree murder and one count of attempt murder.
