Hundreds attend memorial for 'The Waver' Ed Carlson

Nearly 200 fans of a man known as "The Waver" here in Northern Nevada gathered Tuesday to give him a fitting send-off in Reno. "He was about spreading kindness and goodwill," said Joanne Ferris. "And he will be missed."
