Hun Sen warns certain countries 'not to make a third mistake'

Hun Sen, President of both the Senate and the Supreme Privy Council of the King, issued a stern warning to certain international parties, urging them not to repeat past mistakes on Cambodian soil that have historically harmed the Cambodian people.
