Humza Yousaf confirms he WILL launch legal action against PM's block on gender identity reforms

First Minister Humza Yousaf is pushing ahead with the contentious legislation -  introduced by his predecessor Nicola Sturgeon - by attempting to overturn the PM's use of a Section 35 order.
