Human remains found in Clackamas County identified as California man reported missing in 1970s

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said the remains have been identified as those of Kenneth Lee Bell, who was from Contra Costa County. Authorities made the identification based on personal effects found with his body. A DNA confirmation is underway, the Sheriff’s Office said.
