Holderness Road traffic live updates as two crashes add to delays across Hull
The incidents are contributing to the congestion already afflicting the city
There have been at least two accidents reported on a major east Hull street.
There have been at least two accidents on Holderness Road this afternoon with Traffic Management System Inrrix reporting that they are both in close proximity.
"One accident is towards Morrisons and one outside Farm Foods," reports the traffic system.
Due to the accidents, there is queuing traffic in the area in both directions toward Maybury Road to Brindley Street.
An eyewitness reported to the Hull Traffic and Travel Facebook page: "Looks like a big smash at the cross roads on Holderness road, with Maybury / Ings Road. Plenty of ambulances and fire engines.
