Huge blaze sweeps through Russia's biggest chemical plant hours after 7 killed in weapon centre fire

A fire engulfed a second Russian facility hours after a Ministry of Defence weapons centre caught ablaze, killing seven. Plumes of smoke were seen at the Dmitrievsky Chemical Plant.
