How Tinubu's Minister Matawalle Released Full Payments, Billions of Naira To Furnish 14 Uncompleted Governor's Lodges As Governor – Zamfara Govt

Zamfara State Government has released documents showing how former Governor and Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, approved 100% payment of over one billion naira for fencing, landscaping, and furnishing of Governor's lodges in 14 local government areas even before the projects began. President Bola Tinubu announced the appointment of Mattawalle as the Minister of State for Defence in August but his appointment was condemned by a cross-section of Zamfara residents, who described the governor as a failure.
