Footprints are painted on the sidewalk across from Langevin School and signs were placed on fences calling for the school name to be changed on Monday, May 31, 2021. Calls are growing for the school to be renamed immediately following the discovery of a mass grave of children at a former residential school in Kamloops. The school was named after Hector-Louis Langevin who was the “architect” of the residential schools in Canada. Photo by Gavin Young/Postmedia
