Houston police officers fired for Nicolas Chavez shooting reinstated; will receive full back pay

The four Houston police officers who were fired for their role in the deadly April 2020 shooting of Nicolas Chavez have been reinstated, an arbitrator ruled Monday. They'll receive full back pay and seniority.
