Houston government pulls 'partisan' ads against carbon tax at request of election watchdog

Last week, the province pulled the plug on an ad campaign targeting the federal carbon tax after Elections Nova Scotia suggested the ads were partisan now that there's a byelection campaign underway in the riding of Preston.
