Housing Opportunities to merge with Northwest Indiana Community Action by summer

Housing Opportunities, which provides housing and support services to Porter and LaPorte County residents, is merging with Lake County-based Northwest Indiana Community Action by this summer, leaders from both organizations confirmed Wednesday.
