Housing Authority hires consultant for possible Stanley demo

The Atlantic City Housing Authority voted to hire a consultant to help it apply to the federal government to demolish and replace Stanley Holmes Village on Thursday night, and heard more complaints from tenants in various properties about the inability to get needed repairs done.
