House of the Week: Along North Broadway, Saratoga Springs

Not all the houses along North Broadway in Saratoga Springs were built in the 19th century. This week’s house, at
671 North Broadway, was built in 1996. It’s style is 1990s Colonial Revival, but inside are interior design choices similar to the Victorian ladies nearby. The house isn’t flashy. It has a comfortable-luxury vibe.
I was curious to know how such a “new” house came to stand along venerable North Broadway, so I asked Samantha Bosshart, executive director of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation.
