Hound-O-Ween returns to Northern Liberties with pet costume contest benefitting Street Tails Animal Rescue

The Hound-O-Ween fall festival will return to Northern Liberties on Saturday, Oct. 29 from noon to 5 p.m. A charity pet costume contest will be held benefiting Street Tails Animal Rescue. The event also includes a pet photo booth, caricatures, charity auction, pet-focused vendors, and food and drink provided by El Camino Real.
