This week, we have rounded up five of the most interesting planning applications that have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for decision.
They include a development of up to 50 homes in High Wycombe and plans to turn a stable block into four new houses in Chalfont St Giles.
Limmer Lane, High Wycombe - up to 50 homes
The land off Horns Lane is owned by Buckinghamshire Council and they initially outlined plans for 62 homes here.
However, the plans have now been submitted, and that number has been reduced to 50.
There will also be a network of pedestrian routes introduced.
The field, which is surrounded by Horns Lane, The Paddocks and Linnet Close and is near the M40, used to be in the Green Belt but it was removed as part of the Wycombe District Local Plan and allocated for housing instead.
