Hot Springs upgrades filtration of wastewater

HOT SPRINGS -- The city is "breathing a little easier" since the Davidson Drive regional wastewater treatment plant's tertiary filters came online earlier this month, Hot Springs Utilities Director Monty Ledbetter said.
