The silly season has come and gone for another year but supermarkets throughout the Mackay region have now set their sights on Easter.
They are already serving up hot cross buns but tourists and residents shopping at Caneland Central believe the Christmas period should be over first.

Mr Evans said he would prefer if buns were brought out a few weeks after the Christmas season finished.
