Alex and JoAnn Lieblong’s Hot and Sultry took the lead late in the homestretch at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort on Saturday, winning the $150,000 American Beauty Stakes ahead of I'm the Boss of Me before an announced crowd of 22,500.
