Hospitalized patients at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center exposed to COVID-19 after staff member comes to work sick

"We have committed very real harm to a large number of patients this week," Dr. Sarah Unterman, chief of staff for the hospital, said in a memo after 18 vaccinated patients tested positive for the virus and one died.
