Hong Kong to invest about 30.8 bln USD on climate change mitigation in next 15 to 20 years

The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has announced it will invest about 240 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 30.8 billion U.S. dollars) in the next 15 to 20 years to take forward various measures on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
