MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) — Tina McClain opened Inspire Health and Wellness in downtown Mankato five years ago, a tribute to lessons she learned in her own weight loss journey.
“I wanted to be able to do more one-on-one coaching with people to help people learn about emotional eating and healthy eating combined,” she said.
Armed with her own experience and a hard-earned college degree, McClain incorporated healthy meal prep classes — a popular business model. Then, like so many others, she had to pivot when COVID-19 hit in March.
