Homeless man accused of snatching three-year-old girl is remanded in jail with $15,000 bail

Santiago Salcedo, 27, accused of attempting to abduct a three-year-old girl in the Bronx on Monday afternoon, appeared in court for the first time yesterday and was held on a $15,000 bail.
