Homeland Security Advisor: 'Not Physically Feasible' to Connect Texas to National Grid

Homeland Security Advisor and Deputy National Security Advisor Liz Sherwood-Randall said Thursday that it is “not physically feasible” to connect Texas to the national grid in an effort to provide energy to the millions still without power throughout the states.
