Demolition crews arrive at 203 Post Avenue, Battle Creek, MI to tear down the damaged home. The property was previously owned by Chad Allen Reed, a landlord charged with killing renters Joseph Soule and Jaclyn Lepird.

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Battle Creek home where a landlord confessed to killing two of his tenants back in October was demolished Thursday morning.
This comes after five fires at the property in the last six months.
