Many times, for deterrence, the humanistic Israel High Court of Justice has upheld the demolitions of homes of non-Jewish terrorists in Israel.
(Not to be confused with the destruction of illegal Muslim and Jewish villages. That is just unhelpful, hate-based, and good for nothing.)
Families of Jewish terrorists do not (yet) face such demolitions because in Jewish circles, there is not (yet) a culture of ‘let’s kill them all,’ so there is no community there to deter (yet — let’s hope it stays like that).
