Hoax Bomb ‘With Wires Sticking' Out Near School Brings Out NH Bomb Squad

A hoax bomb prompted the evacuation of a high school in Manchester, New Hampshire, Monday, as a bomb squad investigated, police said.
Central High School administrators reported a suspicious device that was “taped up with wires sticking out,” according to a statement from Manchester police.
Officers shut down streets near the school after the device, found on the Beech Street side of its Classical Building, was reported to police about 12:35 p.m., police said.
